You talk of "the kind of judgement that arises from complacency", well I have a massive one for you: staying in NATO.
The EU needs to get out of US owned NATO before it drags us all into an other US provoked war. Thousands protested this weekend in Praag, asking for peace in Ukraine. They all understand for that to happen Czechia and all other European countries must leave NATO. The US (and side kick vassal UK) doesn't want peace and has done all to sabotage the various peace initiatives. It's high time to get the US boots off European soil.
