Yep, this is exactly what I mean. Those terms are all meant purely derogatory. Their aim is purely to debase the other and thereby construct a cognitive dissonance power framework (by creating an in-versus-out crowd) to be able to disqualify-by-ignoring opposing views.

The problem is that those views don't simply disappear into thin air, nor do the facts supporting them. The only thing that it does do, is to create ill-informed decisions that end up harming those affected.

The real question is how can European populations best navigate the coming post-fossil fuel-poor era. Realpolitik in combination with diplomacy has always been the European way of achieving a high standard of living for all her inhabitants.

The creation of a Pan-European partnership to replace the Trans-Atlantic US-dominated one is our best strategy for a fruitful relationship with China's growing dominance in East Asia. Certainly not by siding with the US in waging their next war.

After Iraq Europe should have radically distanced itself from the US instead of joining their proxy war in Ukraine. It has led us to an economic recession. Certainly not my idea of "You're dreaming". So yes, on this topic Orban is right. Unlike Baroness Ursula von der Leyen, he is doing the best for his people. That is what he was elected for.

My 3 continents, 5 countries youth deconstructed most cultural lock-ins and social biases. It opened my mind to parallel views and fundamental innovations.
