The US destroyed many many bridges in Serbia, even the ancient historic ones, unusable by the military "just in case". Even bombed a radio and television station. By US standards, these are all legitimate targets of war.
Unlike the US bombed bridges, energy infrastructure is for sure used by the military. As former US colonel, Doug Macgregor, explains. Contrary to the US actions, the Russians are far more discriminate in their choice of targets.
