Thanks for reposting. I bought and read Hall's and Klitgaard's Energy and the Wealth of Nations: Understanding the Biophysical Economy a decade ago. Since then no longer take economists who don't put energy first seriously. Very few do, prof. Steven Keen is only now catching up.
