Regenerative is on the operational (strategy) level, a means to an end. The end, the hard part of governance, is in identifying the shared values and defining the encompassing vision/mission. How to achieve these is too often left out of the discussion.
I'm also curious how the various methods of decision-making fit into your model. As, for example, I can imagine a collective letting an AI expert system make the evaluation and decision, but also its counterpole, the group deciding collectively using systemic consensus.
