PS I remember reading that our current Agro-industry food chain uses 10J to produce and deliver 1J of food on our plate. Which is all well and fine if we have cheap, abundant, climate change-free fossil fuel energy forever. Now wouldn't you call that "an attempt to build a romantic fantasy around food " :)
