Norway has a tiny population and even smaller number of professionally trained divers – only about 2500. Norwiegens are very righteous people, so the majority of these will voluntarily give all the information needed for elimination. If Mr Hersh is correct, finding the divers involved will not take long.
And I’m sure the prospect of sharing a cell with Mr Breivik on a 20-year terrorism sentence should be enough for them to come forward and confess. Or if the CIA's track record* is anything to go on, they should even rush into witness protection to save their lives.
