It's not about "taking care of" but creating a continuous state of disruption.

The US has done the same with Europe (the Cold War against the USSR, the bombing of Serbia, the proxy war in Ukraine, etc).

Because peace could bring about regional collaboration and threaten the US global hegemony. Just imagine what a Eurasian collaboration would mean for the US's position in the world. It would instantaneously reduce it into a far away, very isolated, backwater.

Eurasians should see this, put their petty differences aside, and unite to create a common future.
