It's a brilliant chess move by Putin. NATO (aka the US) has brought the war to Russia's doorstep, so now Russia has returned the favour. Brought the war straight back to NATO by planting Wagner right in front of their noses. China too is returning the West the favour by bringing its military to Cuba.

Let the West feel what Russia has been feeling ever since 1999. And what China has had to endure ever since 1951, under the aggressive US policy of enhanced encirclement with now over 313 and counting East Asian US military bases.

China and Russia are holding us up to a mirror. If we don't like what we see, then we ought to change our own behaviour. By investing those $150 billion!!!!! in peace and prosperity for all instead of spending it on bringing only death and destruction.
