With the pv(+t) +heat pump it's zero energy but the best is surprisingly enough the interior air quality.

The double-layer skin gives you all you need to tweak it so that you get a nice airflow without any draft. By using the cooler sea climate wind we have here to cross ventilate it never overheats.
