I live in a so-called "civilized" Western country, the Netherlands, in the city of Amsterdam. I'm probably the only household in the entire city built highly bio-based and energy-neutral. So no, even all these (relative) super-rich people don't spend a penny on real fundamental solutions. Even our so called Green party GroenLinks is champion in neo-liberal greenwashing.

Less people or the end of fossil fuel...which ever comes first is the only exit strategy. All the rest is false hope. Fine as comfort but quite foolish to put your trust in.
