I fully agree, the asymmetry skews the results (statistically it should :). Hence my general conclusion, the use of App's like Tinder doesn't help the self-esteem of most men who use it. (and millions do use it) I think that this harms society on deep level few see.

Elise Bohan interpolates on this fundamental anxiety in her book* Future Superhuman: Our transhuman lives in a make-or-break century. She realises that most readers will be totally horrified at what she pens down. All the more reason to engage in this discussion.

Is this the future we really want? If not then perhaps we need to start making some important changes. Like Cathy Reisenwitz recently wrote on Medium on the soft values side of it. But my point is that we must also become far more aware of how the digital world is shaping us (or even worse, can be used to shape us unknowingly). It's a powerful tool we must learn to use wisely - rapidly (dialogue like these help) - because the AI technology upgrade that is now on its way into society is exponentially more powerful.

Enjoy Bohan:) > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a0aDJzUNBaU

My 3 continents, 5 countries youth deconstructed most cultural lock-ins and social biases. It opened my mind to parallel views and fundamental innovations.
