Do you have the hard facts to back that statement? Because if I look I find:
- 75 missiles were launched
- Russia claims aimed at Ukrainian energy, military and communications infrastructure (legitimate war targets and it was confirmed that one nuclear central did stop receiving electricity)
- 41 of them were neutralised by Ukrainian air defence General Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces claims.
- so more than half of the missiles were shot off their original course.
So 2 questions remain:
1. Where did the 34 not shot at missiles land exactly
2. Where did the 41 shot missiles land exactly
Until then, we simply don't know the real truth. As it could perhaps also be the result of Ukrainians shooting down missiles above living areas.
The verdict of the fact check "indiscriminately" is that this statement is false.
