but the kick is to show that "down" shifting has a very very very big UP-side.
Imagine a 5-hour working day - so loads of time to play or schooling with your kids, learn a musical instrument, do more sports, go to the beach or forest, help the elderly, repair cool stuff, plant trees, grow food... all of which kills stress and obesity and make you healthier and far happier.
So not down but a higher quality of life.
