“Burry the problem”….hmmm, doesn’t sound very smart.

So let’s create “intrinsic value in the proposition”. That’s is surprisingly easy: material prices should reflect their true cost including all their shadow costs.

This will raise the price of virgin materials significantly making waste far too valuable to waste:)
